  • Anyone having involvement with day-to-day management and undertaking of legionella control/water hygiene works.

  • The Legionella Awareness course includes:

    • What is Legionella?
    • Legionella case studies
    • Signs and symptoms
    • Legislation and legal responsibilities
    • Control processes, prevention, and risk management
  • The aim of the Legionella Awareness course is to inform and instruct delegates who work in environments where legionella proliferation and exposure to aerosols is a risk. It will also give you an understanding of what Legionnaire’s Disease is, where it comes from, and how it affects people’s health.

  • Assessment & Certification

    There is no written assessment however the delegates will be continuously monitored during the day. Each successful delegate will receive a certificate of attendance.
