This qualification is aimed at supervisors, team leaders, chefs, QA staff and managers working in a variety of industries where verification, auditing (including internal auditing and supplier auditing) or inspection is undertaken. Industries include food, consumer products, hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceuticals, warehousing and retail. It’s also suitable for student environmental health officers.

The Highfield Level 3 Award in Effective Auditing & Inspection is designed for employees who are responsible for auditing and inspecting the workplace. The course covers the principles of an inspection cycle, how to conduct onsite inspections/audits and explains the purpose, benefit and limitations of inspection/auditing.
